HISTORY
Building a company by building our team
Jacob Cunningham founded the construction firm Summit Industries in 2000. Summit built a strong reputation for high-quality work, performed and managed by an exceptional team.
In 2016, Jacob and co-owner Mark DeLaney decided to put their names on the business. Still the same high-quality work and exceptional team, only now under the name Cunningham DeLaney Construction, LLC. Since that time, we have expanded our portfolio to include some of the region’s larger construction projects.
